ABOUT SURF SYNERGY

Surf Synergy is a luxury surf and wellness resort on Costa Rica's Pacific Coast. Our 7-night all-inclusive retreat brings together expert surf coaching for all levels, daily yoga and mindfulness, gourmet meals and accommodation that makes you never want to leave.

Every stay is fully hosted. Our guests range from complete beginners who have never stood on a board, to experienced surfers looking to push into new territory. What they share is a desire for something more than a vacation. They leave with a new relationship to the ocean, to their bodies, and a group of people who feel like family.

Up to five guided surf or SUP sessions included with expert 1-1 surf coaching tailored to all levels.

Daily Surf Lessons

Morning yoga, breathwork and meditation sessions on open-air jungle decks. Our studio has no walls, just tranquil views.

Solo travelers

Costa Rica lives and breathes a Pura Vida lifestyle, and you can't help but feel safe amongst its community. This amplifies at the retreat, where travelers often find friends that feel like family. That's why it's perfect for people flying solo looking to find connection amongst the waves and in the sunshine.

Group stays

Whether you're a team of 2 or a larger group of 12, we offer flexible terms and great exclusive rates for groups. Families, friends, coworkers – everyone's welcome. There are 14 guest rooms, and large, open communal spaces for the whole group to hang out.

Frequently asked questions

Please submit the required tax documentation and invoice within 14 days of the client departing the retreat so we can process your invoice and pay your commission into your nominated bank account.
We offer the following cancellation and change policies for all reservations:
- 90+ days prior to arrival: Full deposit refund.
- 89–45 days prior to arrival: 50% of the deposit is refundable. A credit equal to 50% of the total reservation paid will be issued for a future stay, valid for 365 days from the cancellation date.
- Within 44 days of arrival: The full deposit is non-refundable. A credit equal to 100% of the total reservation paid will be issued for a future stay, valid for 365 days from the cancellation date.
