All stays are 7-night, all-inclusive, and begin and end on a Saturday. If you have restrictive travel dates and would like to check on availability for an arrival and/or departure on dates other than a Saturday, please contact us by phone or email and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule based upon our availability.

The full package rate is due at the time of booking. However, we offer the following cancellation and change policies:

A full refund will be provided on cancellations made 90 days prior to arrival date.

For cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival, a 50% refund will be issued along with a 50% credit that may be applied to a future reservation for stays within 365 days of the date of cancellation, based on availability. 

For cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival, a full credit will be issued to be applied for a future reservation for stays within 365 days of the date of cancellation, based on availability. 

There is no refund or credit issued for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date.

We love families, and welcome guests of all ages. We do not charge for children under 4 years old who are traveling with their parents and staying in the same room. Children under 4 do not receive surf or SUP lessons, yoga lessons or breathwork lessons, massage, ice baths or use of the sauna or hot tub. Children 5 years old and above are welcome to participate in the full program and will be charged the same rate as adults. Our bungalows are perfectly designed for families with two adjacent bungalows in each building, and our Casa Cielo King rooms are adjacent to double queen bedrooms on the same floor.
