RATES

All stays are 7-night, all-inclusive, and begin and end on a Saturday. If you have restrictive travel dates and would like to check on availability for an arrival and/or departure on dates other than a Saturday, please contact us by phone or email and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule based upon our availability.

All reservations, including our special offers*, require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Please note that bookings are non-refundable 30 days prior to arrival.

We offer the following cancellation and change policies for all reservations:

• For cancellations made 90 days prior to arrival, a full refund of the deposit will be provided.

• For cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund and a 50% credit of the total package value will be issued to be applied toward a future stay within 365 days of the cancellation date, based on availability.

• For cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival, bookings are non-refundable; however, a credit may be issued to be used toward a future stay within 365 days, based on availability.

Please review limited-time offers, as cancellation policies may differ.

Please note that children under 5 do not receive access to surf or SUP lessons, yoga or breathwork classes, massages, ice baths, or use of the sauna and hot tub.

With advance notice, childcare services can be arranged for an additional fee.

Children aged 5 and older are invited to participate fully in all included activities and classes, including surf lessons, and are charged the same rate as adults.
