Arrival → Regulation → Activation → Opening (Cacao + Full Moon) → Integration → Embodiment → Closure
The first phase is about arrival and down-regulation. Guests begin to settle their nervous systems through simple meditation, grounding practices, and space.
As the body stabilizes, the retreat introduces controlled activation:
Surfing (external engagement)
Breathwork (internal activation)
Contrast therapy (resilience training through temperature)
By midweek, participants are more present, open, and connected.
This sets the stage for the central moment of the retreat:
The Cacao Ceremony and Full Moon ritual.
Cacao acts as a heart opener, softening internal resistance and deepening awareness. The container of the Full Moon ceremony becomes a space for reflection, release, and subtle emotional processing, held without force or intensity.
Following this, the retreat shifts into integration:
WATSU (deep nervous system release)
Sound journey (subtle recalibration)
Participants leave not just relaxed, but more regulated, clear, and embodied.
